Yarn Along: Knitting A Rainbow

My current knitting has stolen all of my attention and my heart!!

I am knitting this project for the Suburban Stitcher’s Rainbow-along that is currently running until the end of February.  The yarn is: Rainbow in the Clouds and the pattern is the Rainbow in the Clouds Cowl, both by Anne Podlesak of Wooly Wonka Fibers.

This is my first time knitting with Wooly Wonka yarn and it has been great to knit with and the colors are perfect for spring.  I can’t wait to finish and wear this during the warmer months!  Speaking of spring, our temperature right now in Tucson, AZ is 85℉ outside and the temperature inside our house is:

Amazing and crazy.  Yep, the weather is almost perfect here with a small breeze, blue skies and bright sunshine, just a couple of months early though.  It is hard to criticize days like this; hopefully summer doesn’t come early also!!  Maybe we will get some colder days again with some rain and rainbows, if not we will be parched by the time our summer rains show up…

Joining Ginny for her Yarn Along and Nicole at Frontier Dreams for her Craft On and have a peek at her new little boy.  He is precious.

Until next time, have a blessed day!

    1. Pat, The colors in real life are absolutely stunning. The yarn also has Stelina mixed in for more beauty! Thank you, Deanna

  1. I just discovered your blog. It looks so peaceful and serene in here. 🙂 Love the colors in that cowl. We’re warming up to the 50’s by tomorrow. We’ve had the strangest of winters here, too.
